COMMERCIAL · GORDON’S BAY, WESTERN CAPE · AROUND 2013
Gordon’s Bay Village Plaza
Completed around 2013, Gordon’s Bay Village Plaza was designed as a convenient neighbourhood centre for the surrounding community.
Its prominent position along Faure Marine Drive called for a building that would be easy to recognise and access. The planning brings together retail visibility, straightforward circulation and practical spaces for the businesses operating within the centre.
More than a decade later, Village Plaza remains an active local shopping destination. It is a good example of our approach to commercial architecture: creating buildings that have a clear identity, work well in everyday use and remain relevant over time.
